1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SerpenCoin ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") — an online entertainment game with optional Solana blockchain integration. By creating an account or interacting with the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with us.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

2. Nature of the Service

SerpenCoin is a free-to-play entertainment game featuring simulated mining mechanics. The game can be played and progressed without any monetary contribution.

Players may optionally contribute SOL to support project development and accelerate in-game progression. In return, contributors receive SC (SerpenCoin) — an internal virtual currency used exclusively within the Platform's economy.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• The Platform is not available to persons residing in or accessing from the following sanctioned jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Venezuela, Sudan, Yemen, Lebanon, Zimbabwe, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and Northern Cyprus.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration

• One account per person. Multiple accounts (multi-accounting) are strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials, phishing, or user negligence.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Using bots, automated scripts, macros, emulators, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended game mechanics.
• Cheating, modding, hacking, or reverse-engineering the Platform.
• Selling, transferring, or sharing accounts.
• Money laundering — including but not limited to depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gameplay.
• Engaging in fraud, terrorism financing, drug trafficking, or any illegal activity.
• Harassing other users, hate speech, or any conduct contrary to community standards.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or airdrop systems.
• Attempting to circumvent withdrawal limits or anti-fraud measures.

Violations may result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination, without prior notice.
• Forfeiture of all funds and assets held in the violating account.
• Reporting to relevant authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity.

6. Deposits

• Currently, only SOL (Solana mainnet) is accepted for contributions.
• Minimum deposit: 0.01 SOL. Amounts below this threshold may be lost permanently.
• Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes of blockchain confirmation.
• You are solely responsible for sending to the correct address on the correct network. Cross-network transfers (e.g., sending SOL on the Ethereum or BSC network) are irreversible and unrecoverable.
• The Platform has no control over blockchain transactions and cannot reverse, refund, or modify on-chain transfers.

7. Conversion (SOL → SC)

• Conversion rates reflect the current market price of SOL at the time of the operation, sourced from third-party providers (CoinGecko or similar).
• 1 SC is pegged to $1 USD for accounting purposes within the game economy.
• Fractional SC amounts are rounded down. The exact SOL required for the integer SC amount is debited; the remainder stays in your balance.
• Conversions are final and irreversible.
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the conversion feature at any time.

8. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: 0.05 SOL.
• All withdrawals require manual approval by the administrator and may take up to 48 business hours.
• Only the deposited balance (holdings) can be withdrawn directly. Mined SC must be converted before withdrawal.
• The Platform reserves the right to refuse withdrawals when there is suspicion of:
  • Money laundering or fraud
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Origin from sanctioned jurisdictions
  • Multi-accounting or referral abuse
• In case of refusal, the administrator will provide the reason within 5 business days.
• By submitting a withdrawal, you confirm that the destination address corresponds to the selected currency and network. Mistakes are irreversible.

9. Mining and SC Generation

• SC generation through gameplay ("mining") is a simulated game mechanic. Rewards depend on the player's hash power, energy levels, and pool participation.
• Block rewards and distribution rates may be adjusted by the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for economic balance.
• Withdrawal of mined SC requires conversion through the SOL/SC exchange feature, subject to the rules in Sections 7 and 8.
• The Platform may implement waiting periods or other restrictions on mining payouts during launch phases or for economic stability.

10. Referral Program

If a referral program is offered, the following rules apply:

• Referral rewards are paid based on the activity of legitimate referred users.
• Self-referral, household referral, or any form of referral fraud is strictly prohibited.
• Violations result in permanent ban and forfeiture of referral earnings.
• The Platform may adjust referral terms at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including but not limited to logos, designs, code, artwork, names, and trademarks — is the property of SerpenCoin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• SerpenCoin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• SerpenCoin shall not be liable for losses arising from: cryptocurrency price volatility, network failures, third-party service interruptions (Solana, Helius, exchanges), account compromise due to user negligence, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
• SerpenCoin's total liability is limited to the amount contributed by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim, capped at $100 USD equivalent.
• The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SerpenCoin, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform and require re-acceptance before continuing to use financial features. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Termination

• You may close your account at any time. Pending withdrawals are subject to manual approval as per Section 8.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, certain data may be retained for legal, security, and operational purposes.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by general principles of international online services law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication via official support channels. Where formal proceedings are necessary, jurisdiction will be determined according to applicable conflict-of-law rules for online services without a designated physical seat.
