2. SC Has No Real-World Value Guarantee

SerpenCoin (SC) is a virtual in-game currency. While it is pegged to $1 USD for accounting purposes within the game, this peg is not legally binding or guaranteed. The Platform reserves the right to:

• Modify SC valuation at any time
• Adjust conversion rates or limits
• Suspend or terminate the SC system entirely

SC cannot be sold, transferred between users, or exchanged outside the Platform. SC is not a security, commodity, or recognized cryptocurrency.

• Wallet providers (Phantom, Solflare, etc.): independent of SerpenCoin

We are not liable for damages arising from third-party service failures, outages, or errors.

7. Mining Rewards Are Variable

In-game mining rewards depend on multiple factors:

• Player's hash power and active equipment
• Total network hash power (more players = lower individual share)
• Pool reserves and daily caps
• Platform economic adjustments

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Mining rewards may decrease significantly as the player base grows. We reserve the right to modify reward formulas, block intervals, daily caps, and other economic parameters at any time without prior notice.

8. Withdrawal Limitations

• Withdrawals require manual administrative approval and may take up to 48 business hours
• The Platform may impose temporary or permanent withdrawal restrictions during launch phases, economic recalibrations, or for security reasons
• Suspicious activity may delay or prevent withdrawals while investigations are conducted
